When you speak to the claims team, they’ll ask some questions. It will be helpful if you have the following information ready:

• Date, time, and location of the incident
• Detailed notes about what happened – if you have photos, that’s even better
• If someone else was involved, then also get:
• The licence plates of any cars involved
• The contact details and insurance information for the other driver(s)
• Names and contact details of any witnesses
• Details of any injuries
